Job Responsibilities

• For the dual-sealing requirement under high-speed operation conditions, conduct material selection, performance testing and structural optimization to improve the stability and life of the seal under extreme operating conditions.

• Research and apply new low-friction coefficient materials to reduce wear and energy consumption between moving parts and improve overall system efficiency.

• Collaborate with materials engineering, manufacturing and quality departments to drive the full process development of new technologies from concept design to mass production.

• Write technical documents, patent application materials and experimental reports, and establish a complete R&D knowledge system and technical reserves.

Work requirements

• Mechanical Engineering or related field doctoral degree, with 3 to 5 years of experience in seal technology or precision component R&D.

• In-depth understanding of sealing principles and tribology theory, with the ability to design and analyze high-speed rotating sealing systems.

• Familiar with high molecular materials (such as PTFE, PEEK, NBR, FKM, etc.) and composite materials in dynamic sealing Application characteristics.

• Proficient in using CAD/CAE tools (such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, etc.) for structural modeling and simulation analysis.

• Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to read international technical literature and collaborate with multinational teams.
