Job Responsibilities:

• According to the design drawings and site requirements, carry out latex paint, oil paint, waterproof coating, etc. coating operations, including rolling, spraying and manual brushing, to ensure even color, no dripping, no brush marks.

• Properly manage and clean painting tools (such as sandpaper, scraper, roller, spray gun, brush, etc.), regularly inspect equipment conditions, and promptly report for repair or replacement of consumables.

• Follow construction site safety regulations, implement personal protective measures (such as wearing a mask, gloves, and safety goggles), and help keep the work area clean and orderly, reducing dust and solvent pollution.

• Have at least 2 years of experience in interior painting and decorating, familiar with common surface preparation techniques (such as gypsum board joint treatment, cement wall leveling, and old wall renovation) and mainstream paint properties (such as water-based paint, oil-based paint, and art paint).

• Proficient in mastering plastering, sanding, brushing, spraying, etc. core technologies, able to independently complete the whole house painting project of small and medium-sized residential or commercial space.

• Have basic drawing skills, understand simple construction drawings and work orders, and have a clear judgment on color differences, thickness, and coats for quality details.

• Healthy body, able to adapt to high-altitude work (using aluminum ladders or mobile scaffolding), squatting and standing for a long time, with good hand-eye coordination and endurance.
