Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the cleaning, disinfection, and neat placement of all tableware, cookware, and utensils in the restaurant kitchen, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
- Daily scheduled cleaning of the dishwashing area worktable, sink, strainer, drain and surrounding floor, to prevent oil buildup and odor generation.
- Assist cleaning staff in cleaning the restroom, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and trash cans, to keep the environment clean and odorless.
- Coordinate with the kitchen operation rhythm, strengthen cleaning and preparation support before and after peak dining hours and during the closing period, such as replenishing cleaning agents, changing towels and garbage bags, etc.
- Regularly assist in sorting and cleaning the warehouse and back area, classify and recycle cardboard boxes, plastic containers and other reusable items, and maintain smooth and orderly back area logistics.
- Aged 18 or above, physically and mentally healthy, and able to adapt to standing work, high temperature and humidity environment, and a certain amount of physical labor (such as moving heavy objects, bending for a long time)
- Have basic sanitation awareness and responsibility, pay attention to cleaning details, and be able to actively discover and clean up dirty corners.
- No need for relevant work experience, but you must be willing to learn standardized cleaning processes and disinfection operations (such as hot water disinfection temperature, chemical reagent ratio, etc.).
- Have good team spirit and be able to cooperate with the kitchen and service staff to complete assigned tasks within the specified time frame.
