Job Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the school's Latin dance competition and public performance activities, covering event planning, process design, resource coordination, on-site execution, and post-event summary, ensuring that each stage is smoothly and efficiently implemented;
Lead students to participate in various Latin dance competitions and performances outside school, coordinate transportation, itinerary, rehearsal arrangements, on-site support, and student status management, and enhance competition performance and stage experience;
Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus recruitment and promotion activities, combine Latin dance characteristics and target groups (such as parent-child families, children's students) Design interactive and influential theme activities to effectively improve the registration conversion rate;
Coordinate with the on-campus teaching team and external cooperation units (such as venue providers, sponsorship partners, media platforms, etc.), coordinate human resources, materials, technology and administrative support to ensure the smooth conduct of activities.

Work requirements

Love dance education, those who understand Latin dance culture, competitive rules or teaching scenes are preferred;
Have at least one year of experience in activity planning or execution, be able to independently lead the whole process of small and medium-sized activities, and have basic project management skills;
Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with cross-departmental and external collaboration experience, able to clearly express needs and drive implementation;
Strong sense of responsibility, good adaptability, able to calmly handle problems under high pressure or sudden situations, and ensure that the event quality is not affected;
Excellent time management skills, able to adapt to the flexible work rhythm of competitions, performances and enrollment seasons, including weekend and holiday support.
