Job Description

Front Desk Clerk

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for company front desk reception work, including visitor registration, guidance and basic consultation services, and presenting a professional and friendly corporate image
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls, accurately record and convey messages, and ensure smooth communication and information is not missed
  • Handle daily administrative support tasks, such as document receipt and distribution, email sorting, copying and scanning, and office supplies management
  • Assist in arranging meeting room use, prepare meeting materials, and provide simple meeting support
Work requirements

  • Have secondary school graduation or above academic qualifications, those with relevant front desk or administrative work experience are preferred
  • Cantonese fluency, able to communicate basic needs in Mandarin; Basic English reading and writing ability, able to handle simple English emails and signs
  • Appearance is clean and tidy, attitude is proactive and friendly, have good communication skills and adaptability, and be able to handle sudden situations properly
  • Familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic equipment operations such as photocopiers, telephone systems,
