Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing various government subsidy policies (egBUD), providing professional advice to customers.

Actively contact relevant departments and institutions, collect necessary application subsidy materials, and ensure that the company's application meets the relevant conditions and requirements.

Submit your subsidy application file, ensure all materials are accurate, and submit before the deadline.

Regularly follow up on application progress, coordinate and resolve any issues that may arise.

Communicate with customers and provide assistance, handling customer inquiries.

Requirements:

Have relevant government subsidy application experience (must)

Have good service awareness, clear work order, excellent time management and communication skills

Proficient in Cantonese and understanding Mandarin is preferred

2 years of work experience or above
