Job Description:

We are seeking a strategist with exceptional execution skills,Product Business Department General Manager, fully responsible for consumer electronics and power supply products (such as PD fast charging, wireless chargers, mobile power banks, etc.) product planning, R&D management, market promotion and team building. This position will be an important member of the company's senior management team, implementing group strategy, driving product business rapid development and achieving business department operating targets.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Lead the development of product line strategic planning, identify and seize market opportunities

Organize product market promotion strategies, expand brand influence and sales scale

Build a high-performance talent team and drive continuous organizational capability growth

Responsible for departmental budgeting, cost control, and performance achievement, ultimately responsible for product business scale and profit results

Maintain core customer relationships and participate in domestic and overseas market expansion

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, electronic engineering, power electronics, communication engineering, automation, etc. related professional is preferred

8 years of experience in consumer electronics or power supply products, with at least 5 years of team management experience

Deep understanding of PD fast charging, wireless charging, mobile power banks, etc., product principles and industry trends

Have experience in managing a business department or independent BU, and good at building processes and systems

English can be used as a working language, those with international perspectives are preferred

Clear thinking and logical reasoning, with a business awareness and holistic view, adapting to high-pressure and high-challenge environments

Applicants with Anker, Xiaomi, Huawei, etc., top consumer electronics brand experience or overseas market expansion experience will be given priority
