Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily cleaning of the public areas of commercial buildings in Tsim Sha Tsui, including lobbies, elevators, corridors, restrooms, and floor platforms, etc., ensuring a clean and hygienic environment that meets the standards of the Hong Kong Health Department and property management.

• Execute garbage collection, classification and transportation according to established procedures, properly handle waste, and regularly clean trash cans and related facilities to maintain air circulation and no odor.

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (such as scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, high-pressure water guns, etc.), regularly inspect tool conditions, report any faults to your supervisor immediately, and ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Cooperate with the building management office to schedule a deep cleaning (such as glass curtain wall wiping, carpet vacuuming, and stone crystal surface care) at a designated time, and support sudden cleaning needs (such as spills, holiday decorations after cleaning).

• Follow workplace safety rules, use cleaning agents and personal protective equipment (such as gloves, masks, safety glasses) correctly, be aware of potential hazards such as slippery floors and electrical equipment, and report safety hazards proactively.

• Aged 18 or above, healthy and fit, able to handle physical work that requires standing, bending, and moving lightweight materials (not exceeding 20 kg); no academic qualifications or relevant work experience required, welcome newcomers to apply.

• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to understand supervisor instructions and collaborate with colleagues; those with Mandarin or basic English conversational skills are given priority.

• Work attitude honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, able to report on time, and follow the shift schedule (this position is a Monday to Friday shift, working 9 hours a day, 9 am to 6 pm).

• Must hold valid Hong Kong residency qualifications, or accept assistance from the employer in applying for a "Supplementary Labor Program" (SMP) work visa; employment may not begin before approval by the Immigration Department.

• Willing to accept on-the-job training, learn standardized cleaning processes, environmental cleaning technologies and customer service skills, and continuously improve professional performance.

• Competitive monthly salary of HKD$13,000–$20,000, adjusted based on personal performance and service years, and enjoying flexible annual bonuses, the amount of which is determined by the company's operating results and personal performance.

• Provide free employee meals (mainly lunch), fresh ingredients, and balanced nutrition. Some buildings have dedicated employee dining halls, or you can choose a cash allowance as an alternative.
