Job Title: Cleaner

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily cleaning and disinfection of various floors of public areas, corridors, bathrooms, elevator lobbies and office spaces in the Kowloon Industrial Estate;

• Execute garbage collection, classification and transportation according to standard procedures, ensure environmental cleanliness and hygiene and comply with the relevant guidelines of the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Agency and the Health Department;

• Properly store and use cleaning tools, equipment and chemicals, follow safety operating procedures, and prevent accidents;

Work requirements:

• Aged 18 or above, healthy and fit, with basic physical strength to cope with daily tasks such as standing, bending, and moving cleaning supplies;

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin listening and simple conversation skills, making it easy to understand instructions and interact with customers;

• No academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply; the company provides on-the-job training and operational guidance;

• Responsibility and team spirit, able to complete assigned tasks on time, and actively reflect on site problems to improve service quality;

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa, or accept employer assistance with relevant visa procedures to ensure legal employment qualifications.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary of HKD$12,000 to $18,000, depending on experience and performance, with a competitive salary and annual review and adjustment;

Working hours: 09:00–18:00 (one hour for lunch)
