Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a cleaning work plan and standard operating procedures

• Schedule daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and special projects (such as pest control, disease prevention)

• Regularly inspect the site to ensure that the cleaning quality meets the requirements

• Recruitment, training and evaluation of cleaning staff performance

• Schedule shifts and work assignments, ensuring adequate staffing

• Train all cleaners in the new estate on basic estate facilities and emergency procedures

• Coordinate and coordinate all the company's housing estate cleaning departments, unify the work process

• Interview or confirm the recruitment of all company housing estates above the sub-culture and measure their work ability

• Execute other cleaning and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Have relevant experience in serving as operations manager or contract manager, with industries including cleaning, landscaping, security, property management, facilities management or other B2B service industries.

• Have a deep understanding of business processes and organizational efficiency.

• Have experience in managing budgets, forecasting and cost control.

• Have solid knowledge of business and financial principles.

• Have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management techniques.

• Have strong leadership and team training/development skills.

• Have high organizational skills, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
