-Responsible for the overall operation and management of the fishery, ensuring production efficiency, safety and compliance, and leading the team to achieve production and quality targets.

-Manage daily production processes, including production plan feeding, water quality monitoring, disease prevention and control, fishing and delivery arrangements.

-Supervise equipment maintenance and safety measures, and develop contingency plans (such as typhoons, epidemics).

-Lead the front-line team, schedule shifts, train employees, and conduct performance evaluations.

-Record production data, cost analysis, and report to management.

-Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Fisheries Protection Ordinance, environmental protection laws and license requirements, and cooperate with government inspections.

-Coordinate with suppliers and buyers to optimize supply chain and market sales.
