Firehouse restaurant floor supervisor (manager)
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly handle customer complaints, special needs and sudden situations, solve problems in a professional manner and in real time, and maintain brand image and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality and dining experience, regularly inspect various areas (private rooms, booths, bars, etc.), and implement service standards (such as serving time, tableware placement, and environmental cleanliness).
- Assist the store manager in pushing sales targets, actively introduce special soup bases, ingredients and sets, and execute floor promotion strategies in conjunction with holidays or promotional activities.
- Familiar with the whole process of hot pot catering services, understand the characteristics of ingredients, soup base knowledge, wine and water pairing, and basic food safety rules.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, highly sensitive to service standards, sanitation regulations, and customer feedback, and proactive in identifying problems and proposing improvement suggestions.
- Flexible shift arrangements, including evening shifts, holidays, and peak season overtime;MustFluent Mandarin and basic Cantonese communication skills, with a slight understanding of English as a bonus.
