Job Responsibilities

• Assist the bread baker and pastry chef with daily baking preparation, weighing and packaging to ensure fresh, accurate ingredients and meet the recipe standard.

• Participate in various bread, cake, pastry and other product production processes, including dough mixing, shaping, fermentation, baking and cooling, etc. , and gradually improve the degree of operation under the guidance.

• Properly manage inventory raw materials, assist in recording consumable usage, and promptly report any abnormalities (such as spoilage, shortages) to higher-ups to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

• Have basic baking knowledge or a high enthusiasm for baking, no need for relevant academic qualifications or work experience, welcome newcomers to enter the industry to learn and develop.

• Healthy body, able to adapt to standing work, light handling (such as flour bags, baking trays, etc.) and high-temperature environment, and pay attention to personal hygiene and tidiness.
