Job Title: Welder

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for metal component welding work in building service engineering projects, including steel frames, pipes and related structures assembly and reinforcement;

• Execute various welding processes (such as arc welding, MIG/MAG, TIG, etc.) according to the construction drawings and technical specifications, ensuring that the weld quality meets the safety and engineering standards;

• Regularly inspect and maintain welding equipment and safety devices to ensure a work environment that meets the requirements of the Hong Kong Department of Labor and Construction Site Safety Rules;

• Record daily work progress, material usage, and quality inspection results, and report abnormal situations to your supervisor.

Work requirements:

• Have 1 to 3 years of relevant building services engineering or industrial welding practical work experience, familiar with local construction site operating procedures;

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin reading and writing abilities, and able to understand technical documents and safety instructions;

• Must cooperate with the employer to apply for a Hong Kong work visa and meet the relevant employment conditions of the Immigration Department.

Work details:

• Working location: No. 5 Fong Street, Siu Sai Wan, Cheung Sha Wan Estate;

• Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday;

• Job Level: Full-time technical staff, directly reporting to the engineering management team;

• Education: Educational qualifications are not limited, but practical skills and professional certification are valued;

• After entry, internal safety training and technical improvement courses will be arranged to support continuous professional development.
