Job Title: Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA)

• Responsible for the pre- and post-treatment of medical instruments, including inspection, classification, cleaning, high-pressure sterilization, and aseptic storage, to ensure compliance with medical infection control standards

• Follow up work after treatment, including medical record organization, appointment scheduling, patient education, and simple postoperative guidance

• Assist in maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and operational order, support front desk reception, data input, and other administrative collaboration matters

• Participate in regular in-house training and continuous professional development activities, enhance clinical collaboration skills and infection control awareness

Requirements:

• Familiar with the basic dental instruments, disinfection process and infection control guidelines; able to independently complete daily auxiliary tasks

• Have good communication skills, be able to effectively communicate with patients and the team in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English

• Outgoing and proactive personality, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility, with a service-oriented attitude and team spirit

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to start work immediately; accept shift arrangements (including weekends), working hours 09:30-19:00 (weekends to 18:00)

• Five-day work week, enjoy bank holidays and birthday leave

• Monthly salary of $18,000 - $25,000 (salary negotiable), plus a monthly attendance bonus and performance bonus
