Yuen Long - 9 hours 5.5 days work - Transitional housing project – Senior Property Officer

Location：Yuen Long (Chun Shin Road)

Working Time: 5.5 days per week. Mon-Fri: 09:00 - 18:00 ; Sat: 09:00 – 13:00

Responsibilities:

To assist Property Manager in day-to-day operation, liaison, administration and handling document

To build up and maintain good relationships with clients

To handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners

To attend meetings of incorporated owners

To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above with Property Management or related discipline in advantage

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management supervising experience

Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License

Out-going, self-motivated and willing to learn

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
