Job Responsibilities

• Assist quality assurance/control related work, carry out goods receipt and delivery inspection, packaging compliance verification and abnormal situation recording and notification, and maintain product quality standards.

• Organize and update logistics documents, warehouse records and supply chain files to ensure accurate, complete and compliant data for internal audits and compliance requirements.

• Support logistics data analysis basic work, such as statistical delivery time, inventory turnover rate and cost expenditure, and assist in optimizing logistics operations.

Work requirements

• Applicants with 3 to 5 years of logistics, supply chain or quality control-related work experience, familiar with Hong Kong's local logistics operations and warehouse management practices, are preferred.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, both in writing and orally, with the ability to handle bilingual documents and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook), with basic data processing and report generation capabilities; those with ERP or WMS system operation experience are given additional points.

• Have good attention to detail and sense of responsibility, be able to accurately handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and complete daily logistics follow-up and report submission on time.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa or other legitimate work visa in Hong Kong.
