Responsibilities:
1. Complete daily logistics operations in the assigned area to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy;
2. Interface and manage third-party logistics, evaluate service performance;
3. Track key performance indicators (such as on-time delivery rate, customer complaint rate);
4. Quickly handle operational abnormalities (such as delays, damage, system failures), coordinate internal and external resources to solve;
5. This position is not limited to a single area, and may be adjusted due to business needs.
Requirements:
1. Logistics/supply chain related professional;
2. Proficient in using Excel for data analysis;
3. Have strong communication, coordination and stress resistance abilities.
