[Job Responsibilities]

-Coordinate the full process of electronic chip IC distribution center, covering receipt and delivery, warehousing, picking and delivery, and inventory, etc., to ensure safe and efficient warehouse turnover;

-Lead the daily management and cultivation of the center team, patiently conduct guidance, evaluate KPIs, and stimulate team collaboration through meticulous management;

[Position requirements]

-Second 6 and above, with 1 to 3 years of distribution center warehouse management experience;

-Proficient in Excel and other office software, able to smoothly operate basic warehouse related systems;

[Benefits]

Monthly salary: $20K - $28K & negotiable

Holiday: 7-14 days per year based on seniority, unused leave can be cashed out

【Job Responsibilities】

1.Oversee the end-to-end operations of the electronic chip (IC) distribution center, including goods receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping and inventory checks, so as to ensure the safe and efficient flow of warehousing operations.

2.Be responsible for the rational layout of warehouse space, create an organized working environment for the center, and operate relevant systems proficiently.

3.Take the lead in the daily management and training of the center’s team, provide patient guidance, conduct KPI evaluations, and stimulate the vitality of team collaboration through meticulous management.

4.Coordinate online and offline supporting work prior to the shipment of goods and maintain effective cross-departmental communication.

[Job Requirements]

1.Hold a Secondary 6 or above academic qualification, with 1 - 3 years of warehouse management experience in a distribution center.

2.Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin for work communication, with basic English reading and writing abilities.

3.Possess careful and patient work traits, which are suitable for the detailed work requirements of warehouse management.

4.Proficient in using office software such as Excel, and capable of smoothly operating basic warehouse-related systems.

[Benefits]

1.Monthly Salary: HK$20,000 - HK$28,000 (negotiable)

2.Annual Leave: 7 - 14 days per year based on length of service; unused leave is convertible to cash.

3.Rest Days: Double rest on weekends plus public holidays.

4.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

5.Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF): 5% contribution ratio will be provided.

6.Others: Year-end double salary (subject to company performance).
