Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and design coordination of plastic and paper-based toy products, covering OEM and ODM project execution

• Close communication with overseas suppliers, coordinate product quotations, sample confirmation, production progress and quality control

• Follow up logistics arrangements, including warehouse booking, preparation of shipping documents, follow up on sailing dates and delivery details

• Manage the entire process from product development to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of customer orders

Work requirements

• 1 to 3 years of merchandising or related job experience, familiar with OEM/ODM toy product development process

• Need to have good writing and communication skills in English, able to communicate independently with overseas vendors through email and meetings

• Able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin, with cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external cooperative units

• Applicants with experience in handling plastic and paper packaging or toy products are preferred, those with experience in modular games or puzzles are even better
