Main responsibilities

1. Site entry coordination

2. On-site construction organization

3. Team scheduling and coordination

   According to site distribution, construction schedule nodes and site conditions, coordinate the deployment and shift scheduling of construction teams to ensure smooth and continuous construction at various sites and efficient use of human resources.

4. Progress plan formulation

   Develop a project overall progress plan and phased planning, clarify key milestones and delivery points, regularly track and update and report implementation status to the project manager.

5. On-site quality and safety management

   Responsible for the overall progress, quality, and safety of the project site, implementing safety production regulations and quality acceptance standards, and promptly identifying and rectifying hidden dangers.

6. Project acceptance and delivery

   Organize the phased acceptance, commissioning and document archiving of base station sites, and cooperate with operators or supervisory units to complete acceptance and ensure project closure.

Job Requirements

Language skills: Cantonese and Mandarin fluent, able to communicate independently with Hong Kong local property and owners

Have good communication and coordination skills on site

Hold a Hong Kong identity card or a valid Hong Kong work visa (hard requirement)
