<p>Job Responsibilities:<br>One: Responsible for KTV on-site marketing activities, directly interact and communicate with customers, establish stable and good customer relationships. Need to provide professional and personalized service suggestions based on different types of customer needs, promote consumption upgrading and customer flow. <br><br>Three. Daily detailed record of important work items and key data, regular writing of work summary reports, analysis of problems and improvement measures, and providing reference basis for future work. <br>Four. Participate in the development and implementation of on-site service standard processes, supervise employees to follow relevant rules and regulations, and ensure that every customer can receive consistent and high-quality experiences.<br>Five. Monitor market dynamics and competitive situation, collect customer feedback, and promptly report to senior management to assist in optimizing marketing strategies.<br><br>Requirements:<br>One. Have some sales experience or related service industry background, familiar with KTV operation mode, those who are familiar with KTV operation mode are preferred. <br><br>Three. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, be able to withstand a large amount of work pressure, and adapt to night shift work hours.<br>Four. Understand basic computer operation skills, and be able to use office software proficiently for data processing and analysis.<br></p>
