Duties include:

1. Responsible for the implementation and overall management of EHS work in overseas Asia-Pacific region (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, etc.) data centers;

2. Lead the real-time response, coordination and resolution of data center EHS events, ensure effective communication with internal teams, emergency services and stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions and ensure the safety of people and infrastructure;

3. Conduct a comprehensive EHS risk assessment of the data center facility, identify key hazards, develop and implement optimized risk control measures, and drive systemic improvements to the EHS management system;

4. Design, create and perfect EHS process files, strengthen the stability and compliance of the data center EHS management system;

5. Establish a cross-functional collaboration mechanism, deeply integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, create a safety culture at all levels of the organization through targeted training, safety promotion and feedback mechanisms, and ensure standardized execution.

Requirements:

1. Engaged in property management and safety technology and other related professions, property management and other safety-related work experience of 3 years or above;

2. Proficient in the industry's high standard safety management system, with strong emergency management capabilities for sudden events;

4. Through information sharing, resource coordination, project goal decomposition, etc., we can effectively promote cross-departmental communication and cooperation to achieve business goals;

5. Able to achieve goals using a combination of skills and methods, able to quickly set work direction for the team, and make reasonable deployments, breaking down tasks for the team with clear goals, execution, results, and evaluation.
