1. Characteristic background

· Straightforward and kind, emotionally stable, patient and empathetic, and able to become a trusted role model for children.

· Have a deep respect and understanding of education, not limited to "teaching knowledge", but placing more emphasis on "cultivating personality".

· Have educational, psychological, sports, child development, and other relevant professional backgrounds or rich practical experience.

· Have systemic educational thinking, and be able to combine children's characteristics to formulate medium and long-term growth plans (sports, interests, habits, socialization, etc.).

3. Core task: Sports leadership and life shaping

· Get him truly "moving": accompany and guide daily exercise (such as swimming, ball games, cycling, physical training, etc.), and help establish exercise habits and competitive spirit.

· Planning and guidance: Assist children in managing time, setting small goals, cultivating self-discipline, resilience, and team awareness.

· Able to easily tutor high school students (with preference for international school curriculum).

· Enjoy designing thinking training, science experiments, strategy board games, etc. "Play to learn" activities that make children fall in love with thinking and creation.
