Duties:
1. Responsible for the architecture design and integration of single-phase/two-phase immersion liquid cooling system (pump, valve, sensor, leakage detection, power supply distribution).
2. Develop cabinet-level/CDU liquid cooling control system (PLC or embedded controller), realizing multi-parameter closed-loop control of temperature, pressure, flow rate, and liquid level.
3. Design an immersed liquid cooling power distribution scheme (including high-voltage direct current HVDC and submersible power modules).
4. Selection and integration of liquid cooling dedicated sensors (immersion compatible flow meter, level, leakage, pressure, temperature).
5. Write control logic and communication protocols to support remote monitoring.
6. Participate in system safety certification (explosion-proof, submerged electrical safety) and reliability testing.
Output system structure diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, test reports, and support mass production transfer.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in thermal engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, measurement and control, etc.
2. Applicants with immersion cooling, CDU or rack-level liquid cooling electrical design experience are preferred.
3. Familiar with the electrical compatibility requirements of fluorochemicals/mineral oils, and understand the design specifications for submerged power sources.
4. English can be used as a working language, and you can read and write electrical technical documents.
5.
