Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Guide children to observe life, inspire their imagination and creativity, and cultivate their artistic perception, hand-eye coordination, and expression skills through interactive and fun teaching methods.
- Regularly evaluate students’ learning progress, record learning achievements (such as portfolio organization, phased feedback), and communicate with parents in a timely manner about learning situations and growth highlights.
- Assist classroom management and environment creation, maintain a safe, warm and inspiring learning atmosphere, and pay attention to each student's individual differences and emotional needs.
- Participate in art class teaching-related administrative support work, including teaching materials preparation, teaching aids maintenance, exhibition preparation (such as annual achievement exhibition) and temporary activity co-ordination.
- Have a college degree or above in art, art education, early childhood education or related fields; those with a preschool teacher certificate, primary school teacher certificate or art specialty certificate are especially preferred.
- Have at least one year of teaching painting to children (3-15 years old), familiar with the cognitive development characteristics and teaching strategies of different age groups.
- Have basic painting skills and creative practice experience, be able to flexibly use various media for demonstration teaching, and encourage students to try personal style expression.
- Patience, affinity and sense of responsibility, good at building trust relationships with children, and possessing good oral expression skills and basic classroom management techniques.
- Value teamwork, able to cooperate with the overall teaching planning and faculty preparation of the painting class, and have basic writing and communication and coordination skills.
