Job Responsibilities

• Execute camera fault detection: Use professional instruments (such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, optical test platforms, etc.) to perform systematic diagnosis on various digital single-lens reflex cameras, mirrorless cameras and high-end consumer cameras, and accurately locate the source of abnormalities in the circuit, optical or mechanical layer.

• Execute precise disassembly and assembly operations: follow the original factory specifications, carefully disassemble the camera body, lens module and image sensor structure, replace damaged parts (such as shutter components, IS image stabilization motor, AF driving unit, etc.), and complete internal cleaning and lubrication in a dust-free environment.

• Execute lens correction and functional verification: Calibrate lens axis consistency, focusing accuracy, and chromatic aberration performance; adjust the horizontal degree and position offset of the CMOS/CCD image sensor; and verify the stability of core functions such as viewfinder, recording, continuous shooting, and flash synchronization.

• Execute firmware management and system recovery: Perform official firmware upgrades on the camera body and lens, error log analysis and parameter reset; handle startup failures, menu abnormalities, etc. caused by firmware incompatibility or interruption.

Work requirements

• Having 1 to 3 years of practical camera repair experience, familiar with Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Olympus and other mainstream brands of camera body and lens internal structure, circuit layout and common failure modes.

• Have basic electronic measurement skills (such as voltage, resistance, signal waveform reading) and optical fundamentals (such as focal length, MTF, image difference principle), and be able to independently operate test instruments and interpret results.

• Highly focused, meticulous, and stress-resistant, able to long-term focus on micro-part operations and complex fault analysis, and strictly abide by ESD static protection and dust-free work rules.

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, basic English reading and writing ability (can read original factory technical documents and firmware update instructions), understanding Mandarin is an added condition; must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the local employment qualifications.
