Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing the company's overall content strategy on various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), thereby increasing brand exposure and user engagement.
- Monitor social media data performance, regularly analyze key indicators such as fan growth, interaction rate, and reach, and propose optimization suggestions to improve operating efficiency.
- Plan and push online community activities, brand cooperation planning and digital marketing campaigns to enhance user loyalty and conversion effects.
- Collaborate with market promotion, public relations and design teams to ensure brand image consistency, and respond promptly to online sentiment and customer inquiries.
Work requirements
- Have more than 3 years of social media operation or digital marketing related work experience, those who have actual results in leading a team or managing a project are preferred.
- Familiar with mainstream social platform algorithm logic, advertising placement mechanism and content creation trends, and able to flexibly use tools to enhance communication benefits.
- Have excellent Chinese writing skills, able to write compelling and brand-tailored copy, and basic English reading and communication skills are even better.
- Having data analysis concepts, you can operate Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc., common analysis tools.
- Active and proactive, quick to respond, able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, while also having good communication and coordination skills.
