Job Description
Duties include:
1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the concierge department, arranging employee shifts, training and work supervision to ensure service quality meets the standard
2. Provide professional concierge services to residents/guests, including vehicle arrangements, restaurant reservations, tickets, travel consultation, express delivery, and special needs assistance
3. Process customer inquiries, feedback and complaints, follow up promptly and enhance customer satisfaction
6. Assist the supervisor in completing department budgets, attendance, work reports and daily administrative work
Job Requirements
1. More than 3 years of hotel concierge work experience, with at least 1 year of management experience
2. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; knowledge of a third language is preferred.
3. Familiar with Hong Kong local transportation, dining, attractions and various hospitality service resources
4. Have good service awareness, communication skills, stress resistance, and adaptability
