Responsibilities Description:

• Design personalized fitness plans for customers based on their goals, body type, and health status, and provide professional guidance

• Lead customers through safe and effective training courses, including strength training, aerobic exercise, flexibility and functional training

• Track customer progress, regularly evaluate and adjust training plans to ensure expected results

• Provide nutrition and lifestyle advice to help customers establish a healthy lifestyle

• Maintain training area cleanliness and equipment safety to ensure a high-quality training environment

• Actively participate in center activities, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to those with international recognized fitness coach certificates (such as NASM, ACSM, ACE or other equivalent qualifications)

• Love fitness and sports, with in-depth understanding of human anatomy and sports physiology

• Have extensive experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor, familiar with various training modes

• Healthy and sunny appearance, well-proportioned body, good personal image and affinity

• Excellent communication and service awareness, able to communicate with customers in fluent Mandarin and English, Cantonese is preferred

• Strong sense of responsibility, patience and attention to detail, and skilled at building trust relationships
