Duties include:

1. Replace electric vehicles on site and guide;

2. Check the charging station passage, site, and surrounding facilities to ensure normal vehicle access and charging;

4. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the charging station, and the handling of common faults within the charging station;

6. Properly communicate and handle various user demands during the work process, assist maintenance engineers in fault processing and project modification of the charging station, and improve the recording of charging station operation and maintenance data;

7. Assist in completing tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Primary 6 education or above, must have a Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department electrician certificate (A-level) and a Hong Kong driver's license;

2. Those with charging stations / exchange stations / electricians / repair shops experience are preferred;

3. Know how to use a smartphone, know Cantonese and basic Mandarin, good communication skills, and be able to communicate fluently with users, electricians, maintenance personnel, and others.

4. Monthly rest 6-10 days (depending on the monthly schedule), daily work 12 hours (such as 8:00–20:00), complete the job tasks, and then you can arrange your rest (lying down is fine), dining, and no fixed rest time, but you must not be away from your post for a long time.

Job benefits

1. Monthly salary: HKD 25,000 - 30,000
