Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for teaching and training children's basketball courses, designing suitable training content according to different age groups and levels.
- Guide students on basic basketball skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, and team cooperation, etc. basic actions.
- Plan weekly course progress, ensure teaching is systematic and continuous, and adjust it in time to meet students’ learning situation.
- Regularly evaluate students’ learning achievements, maintain appropriate communication with parents or supervisors, and feedback on learning progress.
Work requirements
- Have basketball-related teaching or training experience, those with children's sports teaching experience are preferred.
- Familiar with basic basketball skills and training methods, able to clearly demonstrate and patiently guide students.
- Have good communication skills and affinity, be able to interact with children and maintain classroom order.
- High school education or above, those with sports-related background or holding a coaching certificate are preferred.
- Emphasize safety and protection, have basic first aid knowledge and response ability, and ensure a safe teaching environment.
