Job Responsibilities

• Provide all-round wealth planning services to high net worth clients, covering personalized financial blueprint design, cross-market asset allocation (with a focus on the Greater Bay Area's mainland and Hong Kong dual markets) and family inheritance planning, closely combining clients' life goals and macroeconomic trends

• In-depth analysis of the Greater Bay Area's economic environment, regulatory policies and cross-border capital flow characteristics, formulating practical cross-border financial strategies to support corporate owners and ultra-high net worth individuals in their long-term financial decisions

• Lead business expansion in key cities of the Greater Bay Area (such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhuhai and Hong Kong), leveraging Cantonese, Mandarin and English language and cultural understanding, building deep trust relationships, and promoting long-term partnership.

• Independently write professional financial advice letters, investment portfolio models, regular wealth health reports, and support high-end client meetings, family meetings, and strategy communication scenes

• Participate in a systematic training system, covering advanced financial product structures, trust and tax planning, family office operations, cross-border legal and compliance issues, and business strategy thinking

• Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; Master's degree (especially those who graduated from top global universities) will be given priority

• Working qualifications: Must have the qualifications to legally work in Hong Kong, welcome those with Talent Pass (TTPS), Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS), Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG), Dependent visa or other compliant work permit

• Market insight: Have a clear understanding of the internal social and economic context, regional development policies (such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Plan), market sensitivity and cross-cultural collaboration awareness

• Personal traits: Entrepreneurial spirit and result-oriented thinking, valuing continuous professional growth, adapting to a highly autonomous work environment, and expecting long-term career breakthroughs on a platform with no income ceiling and clear development paths

• Working mode: 9 am to 6 pm daily, flexible negotiation on workdays, and full support for hybrid working (including remote work)

• Thirteen months' salary

• Generous salary structure (base salary HK$18,000–HK$22,000 + high commission + flexible bonuses + year-end bonuses)
