Job Responsibilities

• According to the college's course schedule, prepare and teach human resources or organizational behavior related courses to students.
• Conduct effective teaching in the classroom, answer students’ questions in a timely manner, and enhance learning comprehension and participation.
• Responsible for daily student assignments, thesis guidance and revision, providing specific feedback to promote academic ability improvement.
• Based on the existing teaching materials system, impart knowledge flexibly using case teaching, group discussions, etc. various teaching methods, and stimulate students’ learning interest.
• Combining personal experience, sharing actual management cases and workplace observations, and enhancing the practicality and real-world relevance of the course.

Work requirements

• Have a professional background in human resources management, organizational behavior or related fields, with a preference for those with a master's degree or above.
• Have practical experience in university teaching, teaching assistant or counseling students to write academic papers, familiar with the academic norms and writing style of Hong Kong universities and overseas institutions.
• Able to independently complete course preparation and teaching implementation, ensuring teaching content meets course objectives and student needs.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete teaching tasks and homework grading on time, paying attention to individual differences among students and providing targeted guidance.
