Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product assembly, component installation, and process inspection to ensure compliance with process standards and quality requirements

• Assist in material inventory, work station organization and on-site 5S management, maintain a safe and orderly production environment

• Comply with the supervisor's arrangements to participate in shift work (including day shifts and appropriate night shifts), ensuring stable and continuous production operations

• No academic qualifications are required, fresh graduates and job changers are welcome to apply; those with relevant experience will be given priority

• No need to have industry background, the company provides systematized on-the-job training and technical guidance

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, and able to understand simple written instructions

• Responsibility and team spirit, able to adapt to repetitive processes and maintain focus and stable performance

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong residency or be eligible to apply for an employer-sponsored work visa, which must be approved by the Immigration Department before employment.

• Monthly salary range from HKD$15,000 to $23,000, depending on skill proficiency, experience, and performance, with an additional competitive overtime allowance
