Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the entire customer shopping and checkout process, ensuring accurate and efficient cash register operations.
2. Proficient in handling various payment methods (cash, credit card, mobile payment, etc.) and refund, discount, etc. special transaction scenes.
3. Strictly enforce cash management system, daily complete cashier reconciliation and payment transfer.
4. Actively answer customer inquiries, assist in handling problems during the shopping process, and enhance service satisfaction.
5. Maintain the cleanliness of the checkout area, regularly check the operating status of the equipment, and ensure that the checkout system is used normally.
Job Requirements
1. Secondary 6, advanced diploma, associate degree or above, financial professional is preferred.
2. Familiar with cash register system operations, able to quickly adapt to new payment tools and processes.
3. Have strong digital sensitivity and attention to detail, and be able to effectively avoid discrepancies between accounts and reality.
4. Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be patient and professional during peak hours.
5. Have basic risk prevention awareness, be able to identify and handle abnormal transaction situations.
