Job Title: Manager Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Assist sales managers in handling various affairs in the daily sales process to ensure smooth and efficient operation of sales work. Under the guidance of the manager, carry out customer communication, data preparation and presentation Demonstration of related support work. Participate in market information collection and provide data for the formulation of sales strategies
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing meeting materials, arranging venues, and following up after the meeting.
2. Manage the manager's schedule, covering meeting reservations, travel planning and adjustments, ensuring time management is optimized.
3. Collect, organize and analyze business-related data and information, regularly report to the manager, and assist him in decision-making analysis.
4. Serve as a communication bridge between managers and internal departments, external customers or partners to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
5. Follow up on the various tasks and project progress assigned by the manager, coordinate resources to push work to be completed on time and of high quality.
Requirements:
Preference will be given to those with insurance one and three cards
1. College degree or above, majoring in Administrative Management, Secretary, Business Management or related fields, those with higher education are preferred.
2. Have good communication skills and interpersonal interaction skills, and be able to flexibly respond to different levels of communication needs.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other commonly used office software (such as Teams, Zoom, etc.).
4. Work carefully, take responsibility, and have excellent time management and multitasking skills.
5. Have proactive and problem-solving abilities, and be able to maintain high work performance under pressure.
6. Need to have more than 3 years of work experience
7. Have good writing and expression skills in Chinese and English (Cantonese and Mandarin), clear, decent and efficient communication style.
8. Pay close attention to details, have strong planning and organizational skills, and be able to maintain a clear work rhythm among multiple tasks.
