Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operation of "New Pool Record" on the "Kuaigou Group" platform of the Hong Kong University WeChat mini program, including product listing, inventory updating, price setting, and promotion planning and execution.
- Handle the whole process of student orders: from receiving orders, confirming payment, preparing goods for packaging to coordinating with the school to arrange for pickup at a designated location or simple delivery, ensuring order accuracy and timeliness.
- Proactively promote through WeChat groups, campus social groups, etc., release new product information, time-limited discounts and group purchase opening notifications, and enhance student participation and repurchase rates.
- Regularly analyze sales data (such as popular items, order times, customer feedback), form a concise operating report, and help optimize product selection and service processes.
- As the brand's direct window on campus, respond to student inquiries with politeness, patience, and clear communication, properly handle returns and exchanges, and maintain brand image and trust.
- Currently a student at the University of Hong Kong (undergraduate or graduate), familiar with the campus life rhythm and student consumption habits, and with a natural local connection and promotion advantage.
- Have basic digital tool operation skills, be able to familiar with WeChat Mini Program backend, mobile phone photography / editing, Excel simple statistics and real-time communication software for collaboration.
- Careful and responsible, able to independently complete order verification, inventory recording, etc. repetitive work, and maintain sensitivity and proactive follow-up awareness for data anomalies or customer inquiries.
- Flexible time, able to accommodate the fast group group buying cycle (usually 1-2 groups per week) to arrange working hours, with an average weekly commitment of about 4-8 hours, and can be coordinated to reduce or suspend operations during summer and winter holidays.
