Facebook and Xiaohongshu are the main platforms, shooting video shorts to promote
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing social media platform (mainly Facebook and Xiaohongshu) network advertising placement strategy, including audience targeting, ad creative design, budget allocation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Independent planning, shooting and editing of short video content for product promotion and brand exposure, ensuring that the style meets the target audience's preferences and platform temperament.
- Manage and maintain fan pages/accounts for daily interactions, including responding to comments, handling private messages and initial consultations with potential customers, to enhance user trust and willingness to order.
- Have experience in operating Facebook and Xiaohongshu platforms, familiar with their advertising management back-end (Meta Ads Manager, Xiaohongshu Mulberry Platform, etc.)
- Able to independently complete the short film production process, including script writing, composition, basic editing (using CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar tools), basic aesthetic awareness and sense of rhythm.
- Have basic data analysis skills, be able to interpret built-in platform reports and third-party tools (such as Google Analytics, Xiaohongshu Data Center) key indicators, and propose feasible improvement suggestions.
- Clear text expression, with marketing copywriting skills, able to adjust tone and rhetoric for different audiences to enhance click-through and conversion rates.
- Responsibility and proactivity, able to adapt to rapidly changing social trends and respond immediately to needs, with multi-tasking and time management skills.
