Job Responsibilities

• During the specified working hours (10:00 to 22:00, 9 hours shift per day, including 1 hour for meals) responsible for front desk reception of visiting customers, providing professional and intimate welcome and farewell services.
• Accurately answer and handle incoming calls, convey messages to relevant colleagues, and record important details of the conversation.
• Responsible for booking and arranging appointments, properly managing the appointment schedule to avoid overlaps or gaps, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Handle daily operations of the store, including clerical work, data input, environmental maintenance and other administrative support assigned by the supervisor.

Work requirements

• Have good communication skills, and be able to face different types of customers with politeness and patience.
• Basic Chinese writing and computer skills, able to handle simple office work with common office software.
