Main responsibilities

1. Promote and sell the company's beauty and skin care products through local online channels (such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu Hong Kong edition, local communities, etc.) to achieve personal sales targets;
2. Develop and maintain local Hong Kong customers, provide one-on-one product consultation, usage suggestions and post-purchase follow-up, and enhance customer repurchase rate and word of mouth;
3. Provide timely feedback on Hong Kong market dynamics, customer needs and competitive product information, and assist the team in optimizing sales strategies;

Job Requirements

2. Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry, with basic knowledge of beauty;
3. Applicants with sales experience, Hong Kong local customer resources or relevant beauty industry experience (such as SASA, Joyful, former employees of beauty salons) are preferred;
4. Proficient in Cantonese communication, those who understand Mandarin or English are given extra points, and those who have good expression skills, sales awareness, and goal sense;
5. Familiar with the operation of commonly used social platforms in Hong Kong, able to plan work independently, and responsible and stress-resistant.
