Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for various types of flat design work in the company, including but not limited to promotional posters, social media graphics, website banners, product packaging, and event visual design;
  • In line with market promotion and marketing activities, independently complete the whole process of design and execution from concept brainstorming, sketching to final approval;
  • Collaborate with copywriters, planners and operations team to communicate needs, understand brand tone and target audience, and ensure visual output meets the overall communication strategy;
  • Manage and maintain company visual assets, including brand manuals, standard typography and color specifications, commonly used templates and image libraries;
  • Follow up on design trends and emerging tools in a timely manner, optimize work efficiency and expressiveness, and support diverse output needs across platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, official website, printed products).

Work requirements

  • Applicants with at least 2 years of experience in graphic design or web design, with a background in e-commerce, retail, cultural creativity or digital marketing, are preferred;
  • Have good aesthetic judgment and original thinking, be able to switch design styles flexibly according to different project needs, and clearly explain design logic;
  • Have basic Chinese and English bilingual reading and writing abilities, accurately understand Chinese and English copywriting content and transform it into appropriate visual expression;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, deliver high-quality results within the specified deadline, and be open to reasonable modification suggestions.
