I. Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of high-quality games or virtual environments using Unreal Engine 5 or later versions;

2. Design and construct immersive game or virtual scenes, contribute to the overall architectural design, character animation, physics simulation, and visual effects integration, ensuring seamless alignment between technical execution and artistic vision;

3. Optimize engine performance by identifying and resolving technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle to enhance system efficiency and user experience;

4. Reconstruct and refine 3D art assets for virtual environments in Unreal Engine 5, incorporating dynamic elements such as particle effects, flowing water, lighting systems, terrain, weather variations, day-night cycles, and seasonal changes;

5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery that meets established quality standards.

II. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Animation, Digital Media, or a related discipline, with a minimum of three years of professional experience in Unreal Engine-based art production and a proven track record of delivering commercial projects;

2. Extensive hands-on experience in creating art-driven scenes using Unreal Engine 5, demonstrating strong visual storytelling and environmental design capabilities;

3. Proficient in managing 3D models, materials, lighting, and other visual components; possess in-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine’s rendering pipeline, physics system, and animation tools;

4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, exhibiting strong communication skills, initiative, and the capacity to proactively address project demands and technical challenges.

Duties:

1. Responsible for using Unreal Engine 5 or a higher version to develop and implement high-quality games or virtual scenes;

2. Responsible for game scene construction, participating in game or virtual scene overall architecture design, character animation production, physics effect implementation, etc., ensuring high integration of technical implementation and artistic effects;

3. Optimize Unreal Engine performance, solve technical difficulties in the development process, and enhance user experience;

4. Rebuild the scenic area's three-dimensional art scene in Unreal Engine 5 and perform secondary editing, adding special effects, water flow, lighting, mountains, weather, day and night, and seasonal changes;

5. Work closely with the team to ensure project delivery on time and meet quality requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Fine Arts, Animation, Digital Media or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in Unreal Engine art development and a complete commercial project history. ;

2. Have rich Unreal Engine 5 art scene creation, solid visual performance and scene construction ability;

3. Have good 3D modeling, material, lighting, etc. visual effect processing ability, have in-depth understanding of Unreal Engine's rendering, physics, animation, etc. modules;

4. Have high team spirit, communication and expression skills, and project driving force, be able to adapt to the team collaboration rhythm and actively respond to project challenges.
