Job Responsibilities

Based on students’ age and level, plan and design ballet and jazz dance course content, ensuring systematic and professional teaching.

Execute daily teaching work, guide students to master correct ballet basic skills, body coordination and expressiveness.

Design dance works suitable for competitions and public performances for students, and enhance performance quality and stage presence.

Regularly review teaching effectiveness, evaluate students’ progress and provide specific feedback to promote learning outcomes.

Assist the college in planning and preparing various performances, dance competitions and performance activities, and provide external support as needed.

Work requirements

Applicants with ballet-related professional training background and dance education or performance degrees are preferred.

Have at least two years of ballet teaching experience, familiar with teaching methods for different age groups of students.

Proficient in ballet technique and teaching methods, while also able to teach jazz dance courses is even better.

Have dance choreography skills and actual experience in leading students to participate in competitions or performances.

Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to cooperate with administrative affairs and a small amount of clerical work.
