Job Responsibilities

• Operate the computer dispatching system for daily dispatching, and use the GPS tracking system to real-time monitor the vehicle's driving status

• Prepare and verify transportation-related reports, work lists, and receipt documents to ensure accurate and error-free data

• Handle transportation department's document delivery, email communication, and internal and external communication and coordination affairs

• Assist in verifying the company's fleet and outsourced contractors' invoices, and provide emergency field support as needed

Work requirements

• One or more years of relevant work experience, those with vehicle scheduling or transportation company liaison officer experience are preferred

• Familiar with sea and air transportation delivery process, understand the basic rules of logistics transportation operations

• Applicants with a valid 2nd driver's license will be given priority and will occasionally be required to perform field tasks

• Responsibility, good communication skills and stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
