Flower shop customer service and Admin assistant
We are currently seeking a focused and experienced customer service colleague to join our team.
As a flower shop customer service representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and respond to their inquiries and orders through various communication channels such as WhatsApp, phone, email, etc.;
Handle pre-sales and post-sales related matters, assist customers with order placement and input orders into the system if necessary.
Related store operations, including printing delivery orders and gift cards, and coordinating with designated drivers for delivery.
Handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution or reporting to maintain customer satisfaction.
Assist in handling other related in-store affairs or administrative work.
At least 1 year of retail, administrative or high-end customer service experience.
Fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Good at communicating with guests through written information and high typing efficiency.
Careful, responsible, patient, and ambitious. Able to quickly learn flower arrangement related knowledge and be interested in the flower arrangement industry.
****Having knowledge or experience in the floriculture industry will be a powerful advantage.****
****Will be able to use image editing software to do simple image corrections will be a powerful advantage. . .****

Duties including greeting customers, dealing with pre- and post- sale customer inquiries or complaints via phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.
Administrative and retail duties include processing check outs, preparing order & delivery notes, quality checking orders, and arranging delivery with our designated drivers.
Assist in managing shop social media updates, providing regular updates with photos.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of retail management/admin/customer service experience
At least business-level proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must, ability to speak fluent mandarin is a plus.
Experience with the floral industry is a strong plus
