Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the floral designer team to ensure product quality, guide the team to work together to complete daily tasks;

• High standard completion of daily order work;

• Create and design floral products according to customer requirements;

• Full participation in holiday production, designing various floral products for the company;

• Participate in daily outdoor floral activities;

• Responsible for the daily operation of the flower shop (including: ordering flowers and handling flowers).

• Execute any temporary work tasks assigned by a superior.

Entry Requirements:

• Have 5 years or more of experience in floral design, flower material recognition and handling;

• Have management-related experience and be able to do internal training;

• Excellent customer service knowledge, with the same "touch the customer" enthusiasm as the company's philosophy and values;

• Have the following characteristics including: hard work, proactive, good and effective communication, team spirit, politeness, sense of responsibility, cheerful personality, patience and humility.

Job Type:

• Full-time, monthly 6 days off, plus Labor Day

• Working 9 hours, including lunch time, from 10 am to 7 pm

Salary + comprehensive benefits include:

• Monthly $20,000.00 to $25,000.00
