2.DSE teacher: Have teaching experience in Chinese, English, and mathematics for the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (DSE).
3. Primary and secondary school teachers: Have teaching experience in Hong Kong's primary and secondary schools.

Core position requirements
1. Education and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, English education, translation or related fields are preferred.
• HoldPGDE,CELTA,TEFL,TESOL
•FamiliarityCEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) Contact.
2. Teaching experience:
• At least1 yearThe above English teaching experience, with the following qualifications:Cambridge Young Learners, KET, PET, FCE, and TOEFL Junior,IELTSPreference will be given to those with teaching experience in mainstream Cambridge exams.
•Have teaching experience for the youth group (about 10-16 years old), understand the learning psychology and characteristics of students in this age group.
3. Professional knowledge and skills:
•Master the exam content: Profound understanding of exams like KET/PETListening, speaking, reading and writingFour major parts: form, scoring standards, question types and test-taking strategies.
•Familiarity with teaching materials: Familiar and able to use mainstream Cambridge preparation materials such as《Compact》、《Power UP》、《Think》、《Unulock》, etc.
•Analytical skills:
•Language skills: English pronunciation is standard, fluent in speaking, clear in expression, and able to conduct all-English or half-English teaching. HaveDSE5 points、IELTS 7.5 orEqual or above level.
Main work responsibilities
1.Preparation and planning: Prepare classroom teaching materials (such as PPT, work papers, etc.) according to the teaching outline and students’ levels
2.Results tracking: Regularly organize mock exams, grade homework and test papers, record and analyze students’ learning progress, and provide feedback reports to parents.
3. Research and teaching activities: Actively participate in departmental teaching and research meetings, teaching and training, and public lectures, and continuously optimize teaching methods.
4. Teaching feedback: Based on feedback from students and parents, continuously adjust and improve teaching strategies to ensure high pass rates and high satisfaction.
