Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily stir-frying at a tea restaurant, including preparing ingredients, cooking various Chinese stir-fries and common Hong Kong-style dishes

• Follow standard recipes and quality requirements to prepare meals, ensuring food is fresh, hygienic, and consistently flavorful

• Assist the kitchen in preparing ingredients, cleaning the work counter and maintaining cooking equipment, and keeping the kitchen clean and orderly

• Comply with peak meal delivery for efficient operations, ensuring serving speed and customer satisfaction

• Follow food safety standards and implement personal and environmental sanitation management

• Have basic Chinese stir-fry pan experience, those with tea restaurant or fast food restaurant work experience are given priority

• Able to independently complete the cooking of common stir-fry dishes, mastering the control of fire and seasoning skills

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, able to accurately understand instructions from colleagues and supervisors

• No specific academic qualifications are required, but you must have a learning enthusiasm and team spirit

• Can adapt to shift work, high temperature and high pressure work environment

• Monthly salary ranging from HKD 18,000 to HKD 27,000, depending on ability and experience, providing generous compensation

• Enjoy overtime allowance, compensation for actual overtime hours

• Additional allowances, including attendance bonus or other performance-related incentives

• Employers can arrange Hong Kong work visas for eligible individuals, assisting them in entering and working in Hong Kong

• Working hours from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, shift work, with flexible scheduling
