Daily 6:30am - 4:30pm, working 6 days a week (rotating days off, specific schedule according to restaurant arrangements)

Core responsibilities

• Proficient in operating the tea restaurant's front and back bars, including but not limited to beverage preparation (milk tea, coffee, soda, etc.), simple meal / snack preparation, ingredient processing and plating;

• Strictly follow the restaurant's standard procedures to ensure product quality, hygiene and efficiency, and meet customers' dining needs;

• Assist in maintaining the area around the Wenchu and Bajiao clean, responsible for the daily cleaning and simple maintenance of tools and equipment;

• Follow the restaurant's management arrangements, cooperate with the front and back kitchens to complete the meal period collaboration, and ensure smooth business processes.

Job Requirements

1. Have rich experience in tea restaurant front and back bars, familiar with various beverage and simple meal preparation techniques, and able to complete work tasks independently;
